Tracy Saunders

Ms. Saunders has 20 years’ experience recruiting for top-tier companies like Google, Amazon and Cisco. Her background running complex hiring initiatives and speaking with thousands of candidates highlighted a gap in recruiting methodologies and the way women look for work. Today she’s leveraging her experience to inspire and support women at the so they can gain a competitive advantage over everyone else.


Paul-Bradley Slay

Mr. Slay is a former record-setting hiring  leader for a global health tech company and former co-founder of a recruiting platform. He understands the value and challenges of building diverse teams – starting with building diverse candidate pools. As a partner at BossmakeHer, he is committed to helping organizations and individuals build relationships that enable gender diversity at the top.
