Small Group Program + Community
The Fall/Winter membership includes a 6-week group program + 6-month community membership that includes live-guided support and access. Can't make the trainings? No problem, you can watch the recording at your convenience.
Why do I need to book a call?
This is a small but powerful invite-only community of positive, accomplished women in leadership. Each cohort cycle we look for participants who have an open mindset and who are willing to engage and participate. The application process is just one step in the process of demonstrating one's commitment to success. We also offer scholarships to high-potential women of color and underrepresented social identity groups.
How confidential is this?
The premise of this community is based on safety and confidentiality. We require that members do not share information about others outside of this community. Having said that, it's important to note that NOT all members are actively looking for work. Some are ambassadors and some are former private coaching clients.
In addition to being a program, we are a community. Each cohort enrollment is capped at 30 people per cycle. If we see a member apply from your company, we will ask them to wait for the next cycle.
